All our extensions have a guarantee, that is why once you have received your package you must verify and confirm it well.

The client has a period of 24 hours once he receives his extensions for changes, returns or request a refund of the amount paid. As long as the item is returned in the same condition in which it was sent. (Except shipping costs)

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF CUSTOM WORK AND PRODUCTS!

Returns of modified, used, broken or uncovered items are not accepted. Items must be in perfect condition, just as they have been delivered.

Breey Hair Extensions is not responsible for possible delays or events that happen with items that are not shipped by us.

We are not responsible for claims made after 24 hours from the time of delivery.
